1 1/4" S-Hooks

The decorative S-hook is forged from a single piece of iron. After cutting the piece to length, we carefully remove any burrs on the cut ends and any corners. The raw iron is then heated and shaped in traditional blacksmith fashion using fire, anvil, hammer and an assortment of hand tools to achieve the final shape. We then add a twist to create even more visual appeal. Since our products are forged by hand, each item will vary slightly. If ordering multiple items, we will strive to ship you items that are very similar.

All of our S-hooks have a wax applied to them while still warm from the forging process. If they are to be used outdoors without protection from the elements, we suggest that you apply an exterior paint designed for metal surfaces. We have found that the applied wax works well for interior and sheltered areas.
